Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 effectively primes and seals a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces. A bond coat primer that offers excellent adhesion to most surfaces without sanding. Bulls Eye 1-2-3 also prevents rust formulation when applied over clean ferrous metals. Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is great for blocking stains, permanently sealing graffiti, tar and asphalt. Not recommended for oil and water stains, fire and smoke damage. Touch dry in 30 minutes and recoatable in 1 hour. The white finish can be tinted towards the colour of your topcoat (mid-tone colours only).
